Shipping   We ship all of our packages Fedex ground. We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes. At this time, MyBeerStein does not ship items outside the 50  contiguous United States. Standard Delivery Charges The rates below are only a guide. Your actual shipping charge will be determined at the time your order is made.  The rates below are shown for our customers benefit – the actual shipping charge will be figured on the check out page by FedEx live quote.

Shipping to a Different Address

To ship an item to an address other than your billing address, click on the “Ship To Different Address” link in the Shopping Cart for each item and update the recipient information.

Shipping to a P.O. Box

We ship everything through Fedex  and we are unable to make shipments to P.O.Boxes.



Items purchased on our website can be returned in the first 30 days from the date you received it.
♦To return an item you must email us at Info@MyBeerStein.Com and ask for a return number.
Please provide us the reason for your return.  Upon receiving your request will will provide you a return number
and an address to ship return to.
♦No refunds will be issued after 30 days.
♦ Product costs will be refunded minus the shipping and restocking fee.
♦ Shipping will only be refunded if the item is defective or a mistake on our part.
♦ Restocking fees will be waived for the following reasons:  a product defect or a mistake on our part.

To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Restocking Fees
Restocking fees are charged for return of an item that is not defective and was not sent in error.
Restocking fees are calculated as follows. $10.00 plus 15% of item price.
Example: Product Price $100.00. Restocking Fee: $10.00 + $15.00 (15%) total RSF $25.00.
You will pay the cost of shipping for returns on items that are not defective or our error.


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a 45 days or 2 cycles of your credit card.
